If it impacts against a wall it takes normal damage equal to your basic effort.
If the creature impacts another creature, both of them take the damage.

Description:
Make a Physical Attempt, on a success all checks and attempts that rely on sight that the target makes are hard.
The Target can make a Constitution Check at the end of its turns to end the effect.
Background
Pooch is the fastest delivery boy in town (slower than the fastest delivery girl though). He is a ray of sunshine and I love him so much. He runs super fast and has little to no combat capability whatsoever.
He has gone through a lot but tries his best. He cares a lot about his family and friends. Its also very easy to scare him so be nice to him. (Click him if you dare.)
